Ipanema Beach

1st January – woke up – went straight away to the breakfast buffet, which was amazing! I almost forgot that brazilians ear cake for breakfast! Namnam…

After a short swim in the hotelpool on the roof we went to the station for the cable car to Pao Acucar! Unfortunately the weather went worse and we decided rather going back to the Beach.

Ipanema is really the place to be. To see and to be seen ( sehen und gesehen werden) nice bodies, surfing, cocos and caipirinha all over ! What a dream! At night also the bars and restaurants have been opened and a nightlife has reached many tourists and locals on the street! Samba music but also internation stuff on the street!
