Playa Bluff con la bicicleta

The first mission we had for this day was changing the hotel. We all agreed that we cannot make this any longer. So i found a nice hotel just across the street with A/C and a private bath. It can only be better 🙂

After the breakfast we got some bicycles and we drove in direction playa bluff. It was only a 7km ride, but through sand and bumpy roads. It was a nice way along the coast. Few guys were even surfing on a very shellow water with immense onshore wind.

Arrived in Playa Bluff we got the pleasure to see a wonderful beach, not so much people, a very nice restaurant, hammocks – just perfect. After a refreshment in the restaurant pool we had lunch on the beach and a very nice pineapple juice.

I seem to have a deep long sleep on the beach. In the meantime the sandflies got all over me and bite my legs. Appearently this so called “chitras” dont even care about the mozzie spray or something smilar. Let’s hope that none of my 200 bites were infected with Malaria or Dengue.

Anyway back to the good part… Playa Bluff was really amazing! We didnt want leave this place, but with a few pictures and good memories we made the way back to Bocas Town.
In the evening we had very nice tapas and vino for dinner.
